Emozionario Ambientale®

Imagined as an emotionally guided scientific dictionary, the Emozionario
Ambientale® is unique in its kind: it collects 30 key words selected by a
transdisciplinary Think Tank, and is created following a structure that includes
● starting point: themes or keywords
● participation: creative visualization of the themes
● paradigm shift: measurement and data visualization of the results and solutions of the collective action
The value of the Emozionario Ambientale® also lies in its participatory nature: students from middle schools in the Puglia Region are called to contribute to the creative process, with visual and narrative interpretations of the key words. The best works will be integrated into the final prototype, making it a collective and dynamic tool.
The union between science, emotion and social impact makes Emozionario Ambientale® an innovative tool for public and private institutions and organizations that share the commitment to cultural and social change based on knowledge, participation and collective action.
Visual Identity
The collection of textures derived from photographs and microscopic images of
cells belonging to different types of living beings refers to two fundamental aspects
of the project:
● The scientific images recall the importance of the scientific bases that contribute
to the contents of Emozionario Ambientale®
● The evident similarity between images derived from different living beings reminds
us that man is an integral part of the Earth’s ecosystem: we are nature. This visual
metaphor aims to awaken people’s conscience and sensitivity, and to inspire an
active and conscious stance.
